Content Management Systems (CMS) can cost many thousands of dollars and are usually for the large companies. They can also be mentioned in the same room with ECM (Enterprise Content Management), EWCM (Enterprise Web Content Management) and EDRM (Electronic Document Record Management).

However, we can provide CMS for small businesses whose owners and staff don't have time to use FTP to down load webs pages to edit, them upload them again. (see prices)
